The patented PostureFit Kit by Herman Miller provides back support at the base of your spine, or sacral region, helping to maintain a natural forward tilt of your pelvis and prevent slouching. The Classic Aeron PostureFit Support Kit is recommended for people who sit up straight in their chair to perform tasks, and is compatible with all sizes (A, B, or C) of Classic Aeron Chairs and Classic Aeron Stools, provided the chair has a Tilt Limiter option.

To identify whether your Classic Aeron has a Tilt Limiter, simply reach down with your left hand while sitting in the chair; if you locate one or two levers attached to the chair's tilt mechanism, your Classic Aeron has a Tilt Limiter. To determine the size of a Classic Aeron Chair, stand behind the chair and feel for the raised dots under the top edge of the back frame: one dot indicates Small size, two dots in a row indicate Medium size, and three dots in a triangle indicate Large size.

For normal cleaning, plastic surfaces should be washed with a soft cloth soaked in mild detergent and warm water, then rinsed thoroughly and dried with a soft cloth. Solvents or abrasive kitchen cleaners should not be used. The support kit is compatible with all size B Classic Aeron Chairs and Classic Aeron Stools, provided the chair has a Tilt Limiter option.
